Introduction to Urban Science: Evidence and Theory for Cities as Complex Systems (MIT Press 2021) is has now appeared in Chinese and is available in bookstores.

The book was lovingly translated by Zhaohui Liu, PhD and is published by Truth and Wisdom Press (Shanghai, 2024).

I wrote a new foreword to the original book reflecting on the challenge and opportunities ahead for Chinese cities.
